Our process

Every challenge is different, but we use the same process. We work in phases, where each phase has its own focus and can be viewed in sequence, although a typical project takes place iteratively to ensure quality.What all the phases have in common is that we start with an open and exploratory approach where we involve you as a client, your customers and users, and finally we prioritize together and make decisions before we continue to the next phase.

Understand and solve

In these phases, we have an effective strategic approach where we use design thinking and service design methodology. When we have a concept with a clear direction, we move on to the execution phase where we work agilely. We are always pragmatic in our deliveries, so we always focus on making things good enough, so that we can measure and learn from what we have made – as soon as possible.
